Terms of Use

Version and effective date

Version 2026-10-14.2. These Terms take effect on the date they are published, which is recorded with the approval that published them.

You are shown these Terms, and asked to accept them, when you create an account and again at checkout. The acceptance records the version you were shown.

Who we are and what these Terms cover

Tikata is operated by HiLulu, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Tikata," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use cover the Tikata website and the research features we make available through it. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about you.

When we present these Terms for account registration, you must affirmatively accept them before creating an account. An invitation to a restricted beta does not grant access to other restricted features. If you do not agree to applicable Terms presented to you, do not register for or use the covered service.

These Terms apply when you create an account and accept them. Browsing Tikata without an account does not create an agreement between us, and the notices shown on each page apply either way.

Eligibility and location

Tikata is for adults 21 and over using a sports research service in the United States. Access to Tikata does not establish that you are eligible to gamble, enter a fantasy contest or trade an event contract, or that any linked service is lawful or available where you are.

Tikata is offered in the United States, to adults 21 and over, where it is lawful to do so. You are responsible for the law that applies where you are, including whether you may use a service that links to sportsbooks and whether you may bet at all. If it is not lawful for you, do not use Tikata.

You must comply with the laws that apply where you are and with each third-party provider's eligibility and location requirements. Do not misrepresent your age or location, use someone else's identity, or bypass eligibility restrictions.

Sports research and its limits

Tikata provides sports information, statistical research, model estimates, picks, explanations and records of published research. Available features may help you review evidence, prepare a private Build, follow selections or inspect recorded outcomes. Features and coverage vary; a plan, prototype or invitation is not a promise that a feature is available.

Tikata is not a sportsbook. It does not accept, submit or place wagers, hold betting funds, or collect sportsbook passwords. Saving a selection, following a market, preparing a Build or opening a destination does not place a wager or trade. Tikata does not automatically execute wagers or event-contract transactions for you.

Research and explanations are informational. They are not a guarantee, a direction to gamble or a substitute for your own judgment. Nothing promises winnings, a profit, a particular return or recovery of losses. You may lose money if you choose to gamble or trade through another service.

Estimates prices and historical records

Models and statistical estimates depend on assumptions, inputs and the information available at a particular time. They may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly classified or wrong. A projected average is not, by itself, a probability of success. Historical performance, paper results and examples do not establish future performance or your personal results.

A displayed price is an observation from the source and time shown, not an offer from Tikata or a promise of an executable price. Prices, availability, fees, limits, settlement rules and eligible markets can change. Verify the exact event, market, selection, price and rules directly with any provider before making your own decision.

Read the labels and context attached to each record. Live publications, research-only material, paper records, fictional examples, original receipts and later corrections are different things. Corrections may be added to the research record without making an earlier observation current. Tikata's recorded result does not decide a third party's payout or settlement.

Accounts and communications

When account features are available, use an email address you control and keep sign-in links and your email account secure. Do not share an account or impersonate another person. Contact support@tikata.io if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

A public account does not confer private beta membership. Account-linked Following and betting-break features operate only where enabled. While signed out, browser-local settings may not carry to another browser or device. Review the current feature explanation before relying on a setting.

Asking for a sign-in link permits the necessary sign-in message. Requesting a one-time model notice permits that notice; it does not enroll you in recurring marketing or other alerts. Separate optional communication features require the choices presented for those features.

Responsible use

Only you can decide whether to use the research. Do not gamble with money needed for essentials, treat gambling as income or assume more gambling will recover a loss. Tikata's betting-break feature affects Tikata; it does not close third-party accounts, stop third-party transactions or provide a regulatory self-exclusion service.

Responsible-gambling resources are available at https://www.ncpgambling.org/help-treatment/. If using Tikata or gambling is causing harm, stop using the service and seek appropriate support.

For help, call or text the national helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET. Tikata shows the same helpline wherever you are in the United States.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms and rights that applicable law gives you, you may access Tikata for your personal, lawful research use. Tikata and its licensors retain their rights in the software, original content, presentation and branding. Third-party names, marks, data and images belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not give you ownership of them.

Do not bypass access controls, probe other users' private information, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use Tikata for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity. Do not bulk scrape, extract, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the service or its protected content without permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar acts apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits truthful criticism, lawful reviews, reporting concerns to authorities or uses that cannot lawfully be restricted. Contact support@tikata.io to request permission for another use.

Tikata claims no ownership of public sporting facts, scores, statistics or prices. What we claim is our software, our original written analysis, our presentation and our branding.

Your contributions and restricted beta features

If a feature allows you to submit or share content, submit only material you have the right to provide. Do not post another person's private information without permission or submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive or infringing material. You retain ownership of your original content.

You give Tikata permission to store, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature you selected, protect the service and follow your instructions. Sharing into a private Circle makes the material available to the members permitted by that feature; it is not a promise that other members cannot copy it.

Submitting feedback is not permission to publish it as a testimonial. Any testimonial or attributed quote requires the separate approval presented for that use.

Some features described in these Terms, including private Circles, may not be available yet or may be limited to a restricted beta. Describing a feature here is not a promise that it is live for you.

Third-party destinations

Tikata may link to sportsbooks, daily fantasy services, exchanges, prediction markets, data sources or other websites. Those services are independent and operate under their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, fees and settlement procedures. Listing a destination is not an endorsement or a statement that it is appropriate, lawful or available for you.

Sportsbook odds, fantasy offerings and prediction-market contract prices are different products. Do not assume they have equivalent mechanics, liquidity, fees or settlement rules. Opening a link does not execute a transaction. You are responsible for reviewing and independently choosing any third-party transaction.

Service changes suspension and closing an account

We may change or discontinue features, correct errors, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, a breach of these Terms or legal requirements. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about a restriction. We may act without advance notice where an urgent security or legal concern requires it.

You may stop using Tikata at any time. Where available, use the account-deletion control or contact support@tikata.io. Account deletion and data-retention limits are explained in the Privacy Policy and the confirmation screen. Deleting a Circle owner's account can also delete the Circle and other members' contributions in it. Review that warning before confirming.

Provisions intended by their nature to continue, including ownership, applicable use restrictions and dispute provisions, continue after access ends, subject to applicable law.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tikata is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, complete coverage, current prices, accurate estimates or a particular research or financial outcome. Third-party data and services can become unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We do not ask you to indemnify us, and these Terms set no monetary cap on our liability and no shortened deadline for bringing a claim. Where applicable law allows a disclaimer of implied warranties, the as-is and as-available statement above is that disclaimer, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

Contact support@tikata.io with a concern about Tikata so we can try to resolve it. This contact option does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute about them or about Tikata, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away protections that the law of the state where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration, email support@tikata.io describing the dispute and what you would like done. We will try to resolve it. Either of us may begin arbitration if it is not resolved.

Arbitration. A dispute not resolved that way is settled by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Hearings are held remotely, or in the county where you live if you ask for an in-person hearing.

Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies for it.

Individual claims only. Claims are brought individually. Neither of us may bring a class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine claims or award anything to a person who is not a party. If that restriction cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and this section continues to apply to every other claim.

You can opt out, and it costs you nothing. Email support@tikata.io with the subject Arbitration opt-out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, naming the email address on your account. Opting out changes nothing else about your account and leaves the rest of these Terms in force. If you opt out, disputes are decided in court rather than by arbitration.

Changes and contact

When these Terms change, we will identify the new version and effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed agreement where required. A change does not retroactively remove rights that applicable law protects.

For questions, and for formal legal notices, contact HiLulu, LLC at support@tikata.io. That address is monitored for support, privacy requests and legal notices.
