TIKATA / FIELD NOTES · Reviewed

Find your next step.

Start with the status and original terms on the page you are reading. The guides below help you distinguish a missing selection, an older price, a pending result and an access restriction.

I cannot find a pick

Check the current board and any sport or market selection. Read the displayed status before assuming there are no qualifying picks: a failed request is not a completed evaluation, and an unsupported market is not a negative forecast.

The sportsbook shows a different price

Compare the same event, player, market, side and line. Then check the observation time. The terms shown by a sportsbook now may differ from the terms captured earlier; that does not authorize rewriting the original pick.

I cannot find a final result

Look for a pending, void or unavailable state. Do not treat an ungraded selection as a win or loss. Retrospective results are labelled separately because they do not establish that a pick was published before the event.

I reached the private beta

The private beta requires authorized access. A link to that surface is not an invitation or a public subscription. You can still read these public guides and inspect the public product without treating private features as generally available.

A record looks wrong

Keep the page address, player, event, market, original terms and observation time so the issue can be identified. Note what you expected and what the page actually showed.

Do not send a private amount, account balance, journal note or access credential. Nothing private is needed to look into a public record.

Report a data issue

Write to the address below. Three things are enough: the address of the public page, which part of it looks wrong, and what you expected against what it showed.

Pick whichever of these fits, or say it is something else:

  • A price, line or sportsbook, or its observation time.
  • A result, or how it was graded.
  • A correction, or a change you expected to see recorded.

What happens after you write

This page does not send anything. Opening a mail client is not a report, and a message is sent only once your own mail client sends it; your sent folder is the record of that, not this page.

The same address takes a privacy or data-rights request. Say in the message that it is a privacy request. No response time is promised here, and this page will not tell you that a message arrived.
